Joint membership program
From September 1, 2008, to August 31, 2009, the Joint Support Staff price will be $61.00; after September 1, 2009, it will be $65.00. Starting in September 2008, you will begin to receive $26.00 per member as your revenue. After September 1, 2009, please expect an additional $2 as well.
Joint Student Members will be priced at $35.00 beginning Sept 1, 2008. We will continue a 50/50 split at the new rate.
Membership brochures will be printed on demand, beginning September 1. For more details, contact Don Wood.
To apply for joint membership, please find your appropriate application below and print out an application (PDF). Applications may be mailed (address is on form) or faxed to (312) 280-4392. At this time it is not possible to apply online for joint membership.
